Dear Readers and faithful friends,

After a number of years of wonderful blogging, this blog has effectively become dormant - except for occasional updates regarding my book, MAXDOG. I have left this blog as a legacy to my dog and a place of sanctuary where we can reflect upon his life. Take your time, peruse the pages spanning Max's 18 months in cyberspace. Feel refreshed and uplifted because his story is an amazing one of..."LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX!"
My activities have now moved on to my new blog entitled "LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX". Please join me there where you can read about my family and canine companions. I also invite you to visit MAXDOG's FANPAGE on FACEBOOK. You can follow the specific links by clicking below:

HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

'Woof!'

Hey guys...the family are going away for a couple of days, so no more blog entries until the 5th January.

Yep, us dogs aren't going with them, but we do have a full time babysitter! She's quite cool... Hopefully we can co-erse her to give us extra food(?). Then again, I saw 'Tam's Ma' and 'the Queen' carefully measuring out dog food into packets for us, so that we won't put on weight. Maybe extra food is not to be.

Ma's getting quite panicky about us; she's phoned the Vet (just in case) and there are lists and lists of people to contact if anything happens to us. Maybe she should think about securing a garden service, because we plan to dig up the garden in revenge!!! To add insult to injury, I am not allowed to swim, so Ma has sealed off the pool. Tam and I will just have to run trenches around the house. I've already started digging a big hole close to the entrance and under a shady bush. Its nice and cool there.

Our babysitter is very nice though; she always lets us sleep in her room and always makes sure that we have enough water, so I suppose its not so bad. I do miss Ma though! I just hope there aren't too many fireworks on new year's eve. Toffee is pathetically scared of them and Tammy doesn't do too well either. Generally though, we are put into the kitchen with nice music to listen to, so I suppose we all will be ok.
Take care and see you in the new year.
Max
