Johannesburg, South Africa.
The colours on the trees are simply beautiful...
Pretty shaped leaves are falling everywhere...
There is so much to be thankful for..!.
the little things and the big things...!
There are also things to be sad about...
We would like to express our sadness for the families of the 3 people who died in the
yesterday and particularly to our 40 American visitors who were in that accident.
For those of you who don't know...
ROVOS RAIL is a well respected luxury train that embarks on various site-seeing luxury excursions in our country.
We send our warm wishes for a speedy recovery to the survivors of this horrific accident.

Anyway, when she'd finished organising the "Boss", she decided to sit on the floor with me and investigate this kitty parcel...

Your fall colors look somewhat like ours here in Michigan; however, we have many hardwood trees that literally burst with bright color in the autumn of the year. Momma will have to share some with Maxmom.

I could never let my dogs sniff a package that I was in the process of opening. My chi Shiver would grab something and run off somewhere to chew it.
My dogs both think my bed is best to sleep on too! While Chico will sometimes sleep on a chair in the living room, Shiver will ONLY sleep on my bed.
What an excellent package! Aren't surprise packages just the best? Toffee's probably just jealous that his face isn't on a mug or totebag yet!
