Dear Readers and faithful friends,

After a number of years of wonderful blogging, this blog has effectively become dormant - except for occasional updates regarding my book, MAXDOG. I have left this blog as a legacy to my dog and a place of sanctuary where we can reflect upon his life. Take your time, peruse the pages spanning Max's 18 months in cyberspace. Feel refreshed and uplifted because his story is an amazing one of..."LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX!"
My activities have now moved on to my new blog entitled "LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX". Please join me there where you can read about my family and canine companions. I also invite you to visit MAXDOG's FANPAGE on FACEBOOK. You can follow the specific links by clicking below:

SUPERVISING THE PIANO TUNER

mmmWOOF!!!
Hello there all my furry friends!
A strange thing happened yesterday.
Someone was at our front entrance and our pack barked and barked!!!
Mom quickly ushered the gentleman into the house.
We were left outside...for a while...

Eventually mom let us into the house.
I went scouting around the house...and discovered....

THE PIANO ROOM IN DISARRAY!

But then I saw the gentleman behind the piano and he came out to greet me.

Such a friendly man.
BUT it looked like he was taking Mom's two pianos apart.
I was very worried - 'cause I know how precious the pianos are to Mom.
BUT the friendly man sat down at the upright piano
and patiently explained to me what he was doing...

He told me that Mom had asked him to Spring Clean and tune her piano's.
...and he told me that this is a big job!
I watched while he took the grand piano apart, dusted, vacuumed, polished and tuned it.
It took a long time, so I lay down at my usual spot

...by the pedals

Look at this: ...the inside of our grand piano is lying on the chair...hhhmmmmfff!.

When he had finished this B-I-G job, my Tammy ventured inside to say hello to the friendly man...

The friendly man was friendly again!!!
It seems like he really liked Tammy
(She is cute though!)

...and while Tammy was busy chatting up the friendly Man, I got to check up on more important things....

MUFFINS IN THE OVEN!!!

Have a fantastic weekend!
Lots of licks

Muffins for Max, I hope.

We used to have a piano. Those tuner guys are very clever. He took the whole insides out and back to his workshop and made it work good as new.

We like the notion of 'Muffins for Max' - hope you got some Max!!

Great pianos! We once hoped the not-so-little man might be musical - some autistic kids are really musical - but it wasn't to be!

Have a great weekend

Your Mom's music will sparkle just like the pianos!

Which piano does she like best and/or use the most?

We are not musical here except me and my Mom are both good singers!

Kisses,
Stella

Did the tuner man find any dog hair inside the piano? Just asking.

Those muffins are music to my ears!

Riley and Star. Just Riley, I didn't say that. But I could stand a muffin right about now.

Star.

Hey Max. I'd have been near the muffins the whole time. Well, maybe I would have gotten inside the piano to check it out. I like to know what's going on.
