Dear Readers and faithful friends,

After a number of years of wonderful blogging, this blog has effectively become dormant - except for occasional updates regarding my book, MAXDOG. I have left this blog as a legacy to my dog and a place of sanctuary where we can reflect upon his life. Take your time, peruse the pages spanning Max's 18 months in cyberspace. Feel refreshed and uplifted because his story is an amazing one of..."LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX!"
My activities have now moved on to my new blog entitled "LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX". Please join me there where you can read about my family and canine companions. I also invite you to visit MAXDOG's FANPAGE on FACEBOOK. You can follow the specific links by clicking below:

MAX WORLD TOUR - PICTURE

GREETINGS FROM SOUTH AFRICA!!!
MAXDOG here...

MAX'S WORLD TOUR

(You can click to biggify and see all the wonderful faces of the pups & kitties involved)

Dear friends

It is with extreme grateful thanks to ASTA for all her long and dedicated hours of hard work that we give you a group picture of the participants of

MAX'S SURPRISE WORLD TOUR

on Valentines day last week.

It was an absolutely amazing experience for everyone! 42 bloggers took part and put up blogposts of Max visiting their homes, cities and countries!!! It certainly was a day to remember! (If you haven't yet visited all those bloggers, please click on the link, grab a cuppa and sit back and enjoy!)

I would like to credit ASTA's mommy in every possible way I can for this superb effort!!!

She has given us all the opportunity to put this picture on our sidebars (if you like) to remember that special day.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

ASTA

We are so very proud to have been a part of this project. Asta's Mom was just wonderful and did such a great job on this collage. We are still trying to visit all the stops that Max made on his grand tour.

We see lots of our friends in the photo montage! Asta's mom did a great job on it, we are sure this took lots of effort. Well done! She and Petey's mom helped us with our Max Tour pictures. We also thank them from the bottom of our hearts.

We hope Max and his loyal Pack and you and your family have a wonderful day. xoxo

Max is probably the first dog to be so honoured in cyberspace. It will enter the canine history books.

WOWZA! That was quite an effort and a gift of L♥VE! Our momma was so furry smiley to see our happy faces in the crowd of wonderful K-9s that are your Max's world-wide pack.

We shall be placing this photo on our sidebar as a reminder that this world isn't really as big as we think it is and that dog people - well, dog people can sniff each other out over thousands of miles☺

Asta's Mom is truly a wonderful person to do all the photo work she does for her friends all around the world when it is needed. You are so lucky to have her for a friend! I remember awhile back when she had a picture problem and thought about quitting... Isn't is such a blessing that she didn't! Loves, Prayers and Butt Wiggles to you Max and family!
