Dear Readers and faithful friends,

After a number of years of wonderful blogging, this blog has effectively become dormant - except for occasional updates regarding my book, MAXDOG. I have left this blog as a legacy to my dog and a place of sanctuary where we can reflect upon his life. Take your time, peruse the pages spanning Max's 18 months in cyberspace. Feel refreshed and uplifted because his story is an amazing one of..."LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX!"
My activities have now moved on to my new blog entitled "LIVING LIFE TO THE MAX". Please join me there where you can read about my family and canine companions. I also invite you to visit MAXDOG's FANPAGE on FACEBOOK. You can follow the specific links by clicking below:

I hope you are having a splendid weekend!
Mom came across these amazing pictures and thought she'd share them with you....like your own personalised, mini-game drive.
We really do have some fantastic animals in this country!
Hopefully one day you guys can come and visit us and experience it all for yourselves.

Hi Max
Well then, between you and Musole, you are starting to persude me that not all cats are bad, in fact some types are really rather handsome!
Cheers, H.
PS Thank you for the invitation to your surfing beaches. To be honest though, that wasn't me in the picture on my blog, and. just between you and me, I'm a bit frightened of water with big waves..

Yes indeed! Much more impressive than squirrels.

As for my name? I am named after a character on Saturday Night Live because everybody LOVES Mango!

Hello...meow.

What wonderful gleaming examples of how feline fabulousness can be found in our fantastically beautiful African countryside...ok...well...in our game parks at least. I couldn't have taken better 'kitty' pics myself Max, so you score major points with me for including my distant cousins and reminders of my noble lineage in such a prominent post on your blog.

Those kitties are not quite as 'up to scratch' as our wonderful pedigreeness are they Max? But I don't think any of our crowd would want to stand up to those 'poedie cats', I think they'd munch us all as a mid morning snack. Ok, Toffee and Tommy would be mere appetizers, I would classify as dessert...eew...banish the thought. You and Tammy together would be the main course.

Also, we need to educate our overseas friends that such large poedie cats don't walk around our back yards. Many foreigners think our human friends ride elephants to work along sand roads etc. That is not the case is it Max?

Thanks for a great post!
Have a fantastically frenzy free feline week. Meow!

Madd.

I'M WATCHING YOU...MADD!!!

Maxmom said...

Hey Madd
Any one of your fishies in your boss's fish tank called "SuSHi"?

Madd said...

Hmmm...well, the one that was called sushi became sushi, and my subordinate's attempts to give the fish ferocious names e.g. piranha and shark did not fool me! I think he wanted to horde them for himself...

What do you mean you're watching me? Do you have a magical webcam?

Hey everyone...(including the Madd Cat.) I have just installed a "Chat" box in the right hand collumn of my blog. Let's try it out.
